Anna Hernandez

Anna Hernandez has been a valued member of the Carolina Material Handling team for over four years. She began her journey with the company as a marketing intern while in college and quickly grew into a full-time role supporting both marketing and sales initiatives.

Today, Anna plays a key role in managing out-of-state sales, working closely with customers across South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver practical, cost-effective warehouse solutions.

Anna’s favorite products to work with include cantilever racks, used pallet racks, stretch wrap machines, and casters. Her passion for these solutions comes from seeing how they can significantly improve organization, efficiency, and workflow within a facility.

Phillip Strouth

Phillip has worked at Carolina Material Handling, Inc. for twenty-seven years. Phillip has been in the material handling industry since 1996 when he started at Carolina Material Handling, Inc. He grew up in Whitsett, NC, and now resides in Julian, NC.

A statement Phillip lives by is, “Hard work and perseverance will get the job done!”

The project he is most proud of is when he completed a large-scale pallet rack storage system for Biscuitville Restaurants in Burlington, NC in 2022. It is one of his favorite projects because it was a highly engineered storage system, and he and his team designed and installed the system to high standards. It is also one of his favorite projects because Biscuitville has been a customer of his for twenty-five years. They are an amazing company to work with and are professional with amazing attitudes. They have the cleanest and nicest distribution center he has ever been in.
